The Company provides information technology consultancy and services, data classification and analysis, management consultancy, marketing and public relations consultancy, and other business support services within the scope of its trade licence. Descriptions on this website are informational and do not constitute a binding offer; engagements are concluded by individual agreement.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the customer's country of residence.
